About the event
We've added even more to Awaken your Creative Flow - Spring Retreat! What an amazing day we have planned for you to wake up your senses and get the creative energy moving within you - just in time for Spring! We've arranged for a whole host of people - Breanne, Fran, Erin, Annette and your instructors here at Aurora - to share with you their knowledge and practices. We are very fortunate to have them.
Please register at firstname.lastname@example.org right away as we need at least 10 people to register in order to run this Spring Retreat.
Here's what we have planned...
We're first of all going to awaken the Body, Mind and Soul with a session of Yoga Flow and Meditation led by our Aurora Instructors.
Then we've asked Breanne Ballard from Flin Flon who is a certified Sound Healer to bring all her various sized Singing Bowls down to The Pas for us all to experience this tremendous energy flow!
Once the energy starts moving - then its time for us to with this fun Positive Energy Movement Art experience led by local artist Francis Cooper. It's not about the final product but about awakening the Creativity within you - so no worries!
Lastly, we want to see you smile and laugh and enjoy yourself, so what better way to do so than with some dancing with Zumba instructor Erin Boscow!
Now that takes us right to lunch so we figured - after such a great day of spoiling ourselves, who wants to cook?! So, Venus Pizza will be delivering a Party sized pepperoni pizza, dry ribs, caesar and greek salad and refreshments for those who would like to chill out and mingle together afterwards. There will be an additional charge of $15 for the lunch which is worth it if you don't have to cook, hey?!
And that's not all we have planned! After lunch, we have a Guest Speaker, Annette Banach from Flin Flon, who wants to share with us many of her teachings and experiences. So much to see and do!
