Yoga helps create awareness in the body through deep breathing and movement. Children that have healthy body awareness are more confident and strong, have better posture, breathe better and have a sense of quiet strength.At the Street Festival, Yoga mats will be set up beside our Aurora table with pictures of yoga poses on them for the kids (and their parents!) to try out. We will stick to a theme with the yoga poses that kids will be sure to love – Animals!
