ADRIANNA SAWCHYN

Owner / Director    &     Yoga practitioner

Adrianna has had a lifetime of teaching and promoting fitness and wellness.  Being a triathlete, paddler and martial artist gave her the physical health, but yoga really helped build the mental, emotional and spiritual health she was seeking.  It was this reason why in June of 2018 she became a yoga practitioner (CYA-RYT 200) and envisioned the opening of the Aurora Sacred Healing Centre - to inspire people to lead richer, more fulfilling, more present, and more compassionate, happy lives.
